Privacy policy

Guadua Labs ("we") builds mobile and web applications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. It applies to all of our apps unless an app has its own policy, in which case that policy prevails.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and name, if you create an account.
• Data you enter: for example, transactions, budgets or goals in personal finance apps. This data is yours.
• Technical data: device type, operating system version and error logs, to keep the app running.

We do not collect bank credentials or card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To provide the service and its features.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve the stability and security of our apps.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate the service (for example, cloud hosting and databases), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

4. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit and access controls. We keep your data while you have an active account; if you delete it, we erase your data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you may access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, and revoke your consent. To delete your account and data, email us at hola@guadualabs.com with the subject "Delete account".

6. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, if the change is significant, notify you within the app.
